S.T.R.E.N.G.T.H.  8:30am

This total body, high intensity workout combines Strength training, Tabata, Resistance, Endurance, Novice to advanced movements-modifications for all, Giant sets, Timed intervals, and an all HEART attitude, and for a great total body workout. Free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises are all used in S.T.R.E.N.G.T.H.

P.O.W.E.R.  9:45am

 

This total body, high intensity workout that combines Plyometrics, Optimum intensity, Weights, Endurance, Resistance and core for a great total body workout. Free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises are all used in P.O.W.E.R.

Racked and Stacked 11:am

An all-encompassing workout designed to produce total body results. Racked and Stacked is designed for all fitness levels and will strengthen your cardiovascular system as well as most muscle groups. Designed to push you to your limits while having fun in the process. In this class we will mimic barbell and kettlebell movements with dumbbells. It will be intense, safe, and get your metabolism fired up!! Get ready to hit some goals with Racked and Stacked!
